Refund and Returns Policy

EscapeZone wants to ensure customer satisfaction with the products we sell. We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. All returned products will be subject to a 10% restock fee and initial shipping costs will be deducted from any refund. Returned products must be in the same condition as first received. Customer is responsible for shipping expenses and should use a verifiable manner to track returned package.

If product was defective, EscapeZone will provide a replacement or alternative product and cover all shipping expenses.
